Birthday cake Icecream

Today is a very special day for  Niharika.  So in honor of Niharika's birthday I am going to do a blog entry about birthday cake icecream. I love birthday cake icecream it tastes so good. There is birthday cake and frosting in the icecream. But do you know what would be even better birthday cake with this type of icecream. Most birthday cake icecream is blue but some are vanilla with rainbow sprinkles. Also let's say Happy Birthday to Niharika.
